电子科技大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT Jining II Coal Mine Group is a large state-owned coal enterprises, the complex structure of units, the traditional manual management can no longer meet the needs of enterprises. Thus the actual characteristics of units in the development of an appropriate set of human resource management system is around the corner. The realization of the objectives of the system from the user the mostpressing issues that need to be resolved, the coal companies to provide a suitable human resources management system detailed solutions follow the advanced management methods and computer network technology that combines the principles of the realization of a human resources management tool platform. The adoption of the platform to help human resources managers and designers to move away from manual records document the work of the way through the software realization of the way of clear responsibilities of the position to raise the level and means of scientific management to the pursuit of more cost-effective. The system use advanced J2EE development techniques,the use of B/S structure, WEB user interface. Products based entirely on the Internet / Intranet, the client do not need to install any program, all the features of the system in the realization and management of server-side, so that greatly reduces system maintenance, upgrade the difficulty and workload. Also by setting up users, roles, menu (module), departments, forms, fields, statements such as the rights to the entire system of classification, hierarchical rights management; password using MD5 algorithm is not reversible to ensure safe and reliable system data. The system in this Paper describe,has Passed through the Comprehensive test，already put in the actual oPeration，enhanced the customer’s working efficency effectively,has obtained obvious economic efficieney.
