Abstract With the rapid development of network and information technology, people tend to use the network to handle the official business more often. Official business based on network, whose effective and secure service has shown much potential, makes different kinds of Office Automation Systems emerge as times require. Beyond the tendency of current education management, it’s a big significance that developing science and technology management platform, which meets the operational need, improves the management level of science and technology project and promotes the development of Office Automation. J2EE platform technology applies an effective way to design, exploit, integrate and dispose the corporation application, as the result exploiter could focus on the system logic designing and application. In this paper, the science and technology management platform is based on the J2EE platform technology, and the system module is based on the analysis of project management actuality and the deep research of related technologies. The system includes different aspects and steps of the science and technology project management, soft project management, human resource project management, innovating team project management, industrialization base management, science research base management, expert information management and college information management and so on. The core of the science and technology management platform is to realize the automation of project application and project management, in order to increase the efficiency. The paper emphasizes the designing and exploitation of these two modules, and also realizes other extended function around this core.
