基于 J2EE 的高校固定资产管理系统设计与实现 摘 要 本文首先对国内外当前固定资产管理的现状进行了分析，并总结出当前 高校固定资产管理中存在的若干问题。在进行可行性分析之后，提出了基于 事业单位服务管理的高校固定资产管理方案。该方案将事业单位服务管理的 以流程为导向、以客户为中心的思想和理念运用到高校固定资产管理中，在 J2EE 等 开发平台上运用工作流技术实现基于.NET 三层架构的高校固定资产 管理系统。本文重点阐述固定资产管理和系统管理等功能模块的设计与实现 方案。其中固定资产管理是系统方案的核心，包括固定资产的登记、固定资 产报修以及固定资产的调拨，通过详细设计，将工作流技术成功应用到这些 功能模块的实现中。最后，本文通过测试用例进行了系统的测试和验证，并 给出了方案的总结和结论。 方案提出的系统最终可以对学校固定资产的生命周期进行动态的跟踪管 理。目前，系统已投入使用，运行稳定，有效地强化了学校相关职能部门固 定资产管理的责任意识，并显著提高了固定资产管理的效率。 关键词：高校，事业单位服务管理，固定资产，系统，工作流 UNIVERSITY FIXED ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM DE SIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION BASED ON J2EE ABSTRACT Based on the domestic and international current management of fixed assets in the institutions of the status of the analysis, and summed up the current institution fixed assets management problems.
