Hong Kong: The Hong Kong Institute of Education. 以支持学生21世纪技能发展为取向教师教学实践量表初步编制 The Initial Development of Scale for Teacher’s Teaching Practices: Oriented for Supporting Students Developing 21st Century Skills 1 2 3 4 ， 5* 刘晓琳 ，凡正成 ，陈鹏 ，程薇, 黄荣怀 1 2 3 4 5 北京师范大学教育学部教育技术学院 5 北京师范大学智慧学习研究院 3 首都师范大学教育技术系 * xiaolinliu@ 【摘要】根据已有文献中教学实践构成因素和开放式问卷调查的结果，本研究提出以支持学生 21 世纪技能发 展为取向的教师教学方式的构成因素，在此基础上，确定预测问卷题项。采用项目分析、高低分组独立样本 t 检验、探索性因素分析的方法对量表的效度进行分析和检验，采用内部一致性信度（Cronbachs Alpha 系数）对 量表的信度进行分析和检验。结果表明，“以支持学生21世纪技能发展为取向的教师教学实践量表”具有良好的 信度和效度指标，可以作为评鉴教师教学方式的有效工具。 【关键字】 21世纪技能；教学实践；教学方式；量表 Abstract: The paper, by referring to the component factors of teaching practices in existing literature and the results of open-ended questionnaire, proposes in a preliminary way the elements of teacher’s teaching practices in support of students’ skill development in the 21st century. On this basis, items in the preliminary questionnaire are determined. The validity of the scale is tested by item analysis, independent-samples T test of high-low grouping and exploratory factor analysis and an internal reliability on consistency is adopted to analyze and test the reliability of the scale.
