M ethods: This literature research searched for literatures using the search strategy and screened literatures according to inclusion and exclud ing criteria. U seful inform ation in the literaturesw as extrac ted through quantitative analysis of literature tables and descriptive statistical analysis. R esults: The scholars con cern tow ards b idding and purchasing in drugsw ere changing w ith the development of policy in d ifferent periods. Be sides that, w ith the mi p lem entation of the drug centralized bidding and purchasing system, m any problem s had been aroused in d ifferent aspects such as the tender, b id activities and the scope of b idd ing.
