交流变频电机自动送钻控制系统研究 摘 要：随着世界经济的飞速发展，石油资源成为国家发展的重要战略物资，降低石油的开采成本和缩短开发周期势在必行。伴随着石油钻井工艺的要求和相关新设备的发展，自动送钻技术蓬勃发展。交流变频自动送钻系统采用电动机反拖实现钻进时的钻压恒定，在正常钻井时应用自动送钻技术，通过控制电动机的转速就可以使钻压恒定，不仅可以提高钻进速度，减小波动，而且能有效提高钻井质量，节省钻井成本。 本文结合钻井工艺和石油钻机的工作原理，深入研究石油钻机交流变频调速自动送钻系统特性，设计了适用于ZJ50DB型石油钻机的交流变频自动送钻控制系统，完成了送钻电动机及变频器等硬件选型工作，并给出了自动送钻控制系统的连接图。针对石油钻机自动送钻控制过程中出现的时滞性、非线性、不确定性问题，引入智能控制理论中的模糊控制理论，应用于自动送钻控制系统中的恒钻压控制，设计了钻压模糊控制器。最后，在Matlab/simulink环境中按照控制要求，设计了钻压、转速、磁链三闭环控制系统，对自动送钻系统各部分进行了仿真和结果分析，结果和理论研究比较吻合，从而进一步丰富、完善了自动送钻控制系统的理论研究结果。 关键词：自动送钻；交流变频；矢量控制；模糊控制 The Research of Automation Drilling System Under AC Frequency Electronic Motor Abstract：With the rapid development of the world economic, petroleum resources has become an important strategic materials for national development, this suggests an urgent need for reducing the cost of oil extraction and shortening the development cycle. With the development of drilling technology requiring and relevant new equipment, automatic feed drilling technology boomed. While penetrating, the automation drilling system under AC variable frequency electronic motor uses the reverse drag of electric motor to achieve the constant drilling pressure. Apply the automation drilling technology during the drilling process can keep the drilling pressure constant by controlling the motor speed, it can not only increase the drilling speed and stability, but also effectively raise the drilling quality, save the cost of drilling. This article combined with the drilling technology and working theory of drilling rig, studied the characteristics of the oil rig automatic drilling system under AC variable frequency electronic motor in-depth, it also designed an automation drilling system which is appropriate for ZJ50DB oil rig system, and then selected the model of the send drill motor and transducer and other hardware, given the control connection diagram.
