华南理工失学硕士学位论文Abstract 华南理工失学硕士学位论文 Abstract A￡present，with the growing impact and chance of building markets on the future development，the competition that domestic construction companies face is increasingly more intense．With the emergence of a world economy and global corporate players，many assertive foreign construction companies have already recognized the huge national potential and entered China’S domestic building markets。 has already become corporate player in this domestic market．Chinese construction companies，after losing the national government’S protection，can barely compete with the foreign firms which are enjoying favorable national treatment in the same market． It iS not an optimistic situation for our national companies，without mentioning the challenge Chinese construction firms face they strive to expand their business to the international markets，The listed construction companies。as the head of a large and excellent group of Chinese construction companies，have many branches，These corporate components include the Shanghai Construction Group．，the large government—owned company,with an annual turnover of above 1 0 billion；and the Long Yuan Construction Group。，the large collective company，with an annual turnover of above 5．0 billion；At present，the listed construction companies，as the lead corporation，not only faces the challenge but also the historical obligation of improving the whole construction industry’S standards of practice，levels of expertise， and innovation and of upgrading the whole construction industry’S manufacturing capacity and quality of production．To achieve all of these goals，it is critical for the listed construction companies to ireprove theirs own corporate structure and operations，intensify theirs OWn core capabilities，and upgrade theirs management and technical skills． This paper mainly applies the new realm of operations research——Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)，including the AHP cone model of DEA and the Malmquist index，is refere
