基于Agent的建筑业监管信息平台构建 基于Agent的建筑业监管信息平台构建 摘要 摘要 随着我国建筑业市场的不断发展，政府对建筑业市场的不断发展，政府对建 筑业的监督管理需求也越来越高。但在深圳市龙岗区工程质量监督检验站，现存 的建筑业监督管理系统存在着不少问题。主要体现在监管系统对质量监督管理的 数据不全面，试件检测数据不准确、不及时等方面。建筑业监管信息平台的构建 可以满足质量监督管理的数据完整性以及监测数据的准确性和及时更新的需求。 因此，研究如何构建一个高水平的监管信息平台，成为深圳市龙岗区工程质量监 督检验站目前要解决的关键问题。 首先，分析深圳市龙岗区工程质量监督检验站监管系统缺少对数据的全面统 计及数据不准确、时效性差的现状。其次，讨论基于Agent的建筑业监管信息平 台应用的功能定位。在此基础上，分析建筑业监管信息平台的主要功能以及质量 监督管理、试件检测的核心流程。然后对建筑业监管信息平台的总体架构以及质 量监督管理、试件检测等核心子系统进行详细设计，其中重点讨论通过Agent 提高质量监督管理的全面性、试件检测准确性和及时更新等问题。最后，简单介 绍了系统的数据库。 关键词建筑业；监督管理；信息平台；Agent III AbstractWith Abstract With the development of construction market，higher and higher demands for construction supervision management have been accelerated·However， the station of supervision management of engineering quality in Longang district of Shenzhen， some questions of construction supervision management system have sti 11 existed in the present．Mainly reflected in data was not fully of supervisory system for quality supervlslon and management，specimen testing was inaccurate and not updated in time etc·· Developing an information platform of supervision management could satisfy the needs of scalabiIity of quality supervision management，and specimen testing updated in time．So it becomes an urgent problem that studies how to develop a high level information platform of supervision management． First of al l，we analyzed the present state of the supervi sion system in the engineering quality supervision station in Longgang district， Shenzhen．which is lack of comprehensive statistical data and has poor instant characteristic．On the second place，the applications of Agent based construction supervision system were discussed．On this basis the main functions of the system and the principal procedures in supervlslOn management as well as specimen test were analyzed．Then general framework of the system and subsystems such as supervi sion management and speclmen the test were designed in detai l， in
