基于BPR的管理信息系统开发与应用摘 基于BPR的管理信息系统开发与应用 摘 要 随着以客户、竞争和变化为特征的3C(Customer、Competition、Change)时 代的到来，企业所处的商业环境发生了根本性的变化，顾客需求不断变化、技 术创新不断加速、产品周期不断缩短、市场竞争日趋激烈。基于职能化分工的 工作模式在企业运行过程中常常出现效率不高等问题，影响到企业的高速发展。 业务流程再造是提升企业竞争能力的重要手段之一。 本论文首先阐述了业务流程重组的含义和方法，以及业务流程重组的步骤。 然后介绍了用于流程再造的建模方法和Petri网理论。最后结合某制管企业，应 用业务流程再造(Business Process Reengineering，BPR)理论，对其现有流程进 行分析及再造，设计和开发了一个信息系统，进行了应用研究。 第一章阐明了本课题提出的背景、来源、目的和意义，综述了业务流程再 造理论的发展和现状。 第二章介绍了业务流程再造的含义、方法和技术。阐明了BPR的原则，总 结了BPR的四个层面、BPR的类型和实施BPR的步骤。对BPR进行建模的一 些工具进行了比较，并对Petri网理论进行了介绍。 第三章结合某制管企业，应用BPR理论，对其流程、组织结构等进行了 分析和再造。并运用Petri网对再造后的新流程进行了分析研究。 第四章介绍了系统的开发相关技术，详细介绍了系统关键模块的设计与实 现。 第五章对全文的研究工作进行了总结，并展望了有待于进一步深入研究的 问题。 关键词：业务流程；业务流程再造；Petri网；信息技术 DeVelopment DeVelopment and Application of Management Information System Based on BPR Ab stract Along with the coming age characterized by 3C(Customer、Competition、 Change)，the business enVironment has essentially changed，deman(1S of cuS．tomel浩 constalltly va吼tecllIlological iIllloVations accelerate，produ“on life cycles reduce，alld market competition becomes more锄d more fierce．The e伍ciency of the worl【ing mode based on f证lctional classi6cation is not Kgll，and o胁雄．ects也e rapid deVeloprnent of nle ente叩rises， which makes business process reengineering an important role in promoting enterpri se’s competition． Firstly， this paper elaborates the implication， methods，and the steps to implement business process reengineering． Secondly， the methods using by business process reengineering and Petri theory are introduced．At last，combined with a named tabulation corporation’s current situation，this paper applies BPR (Business Process Reengineering) theory to analyze and reengineer the corporatiOn’s current process，and develops an inflormatiOn system，、)l，_hich has als0 been put into use． In chapter 1，the background，source，purpose and meaning are introduced． Current situation and development of BPR theory is reViewed． In chapter 2， the implication， methods and technique skills of BRP are introduced．Principl
