基于Bootstrap-主成分分析的煤电企业绿色增长评价研究Using 基于Bootstrap-主成分分析的煤电企业绿色增长评价研究 Using Bootstrap—PCA to Assess the Progress towards Green Growth of Coal—fired Power Generation Companies Abstract In our country，coal—fh-ed power generation companies shoulder the economic responsibility for securing our nation’S energy and meeting the electricity demand of economic construction and domestic use．While at the same time，coal-fired power generation companies also shoulder the environmental responsibility for the clean and efficient use of coal．The contradiction between economic growth and environmental resources creates a dilemma that coal-fired power generation companies face．Green growth is a new economic growth pattem to pursue economic growth and development，while preventing environmental degradation，biodiversity loss and unsustainable natural resource use．It provides a new perspective for coal-fired power generation companies．The Green Growth Strategy is vital to the survival of coal-fired power generation companies in the context of deepened reform and stricter policy．The progress towards green growth of coal—fired power generation companies shows the green growth capacity of China and the efforts that China make． This paper analyzed the research on green growth theories and reviewed the studies of the assessment of green growth at enterprise level．It provided a framework which includes five inter-·related groups to assess the progress towards green growth of coal--fired power generation companies．An assessment indicator system has been established which includes 29 indicators．By bringing bootstrap resampling method into PCA，the accuracy of PCA with smaller samples was improved．Based on the data from disclosed information，this paper assessed the progress over 8 years towards green growth of 4 representative coal-fired power generation companies in China．Through analyzing the result，this paper came to its conclusion：1．Bootstrap—PCA is an effective approach to assess the progress to
