摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 当前，我国农业进入到了一个新的历史阶段，传统农业模式正在向以农产 品物流为流通手段的现代农业的运营方向发生转变。“农超对接是农业实现规 模化、现代化的一场革命，农超对接模式的良性发展及推广，不仅可以解决我 国农产品物流市场化水平低、流通成本高等问题，还可以进一步提升农业系统 化，将有助于推动农业的产业升级和整体化发展。 本文借鉴前人对农产品物流绩效和集成化供应链绩效的研究成果，结合农 超对接模式自身的特点和属性，对农超对接模式进行绩效评价与研究，以期建 立更为科学合理的绩效评价体系，促进农超对接模式快速发展。 本文的主要研究工作包括：在对前人关于农产品物流绩效和集成化供应链 绩效的研究成果做出文献评析后对几种供应链绩效的评价方法进行了对比，最 终选择DEA结合AHP的方法进行农超对接模式的绩效研究，结合农超对接模式 的实际情况从采购及配送、仓储、流通加工和发展潜力等四个维度，构建出农 超对接模式的绩效评价模型。并以天津滨海新区的农超对接模式为例，进行了 实例分析评价，有针对性的提出的管理决策建议。 本文利用管理学、物流学等理论进行分析与判断，构建了农超对接模式下 的绩效评价方法和指标体系，采取理论阐述与实证分析相结合、定性分析与定 量分析方法相结合、规范分析与应用研究相结合的方法得出本文的研究结论。 本文的主要结论为：农超对接不仅是农产品流通领域的革命，更重要的是 促进了农业生产组织、流通模式等生产关系实现“质’’的飞跃，促进了我国传 统农业向现代化农业的转变。对农超对接模式建立并完善了其绩效评价指标体 系，以采购及配送、仓储、流通加工和发展潜力作为二级指标，利用DEA和 AHP相结合的方法，既体现了决策者的偏好，又不失严密的客观性，使评价结 果更具全面合理性。 关键词：农超对接模式；绩效评价；数据包络分析；层次分析法 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract At present,our country agriculture entered a new historical stage；the traditional agriculture mode is to produce logistics as the me,alas of modem agriculture circulation of operation direction changes．竹Integrated with agricultural base supermarket”is the agricultural realize the scale，the modem a revolution,not only call solve China agricultural logistics marketization level is low,circulation costs higher problem，still can further enhance agriculture systematized,will help promote agricultural industrial upgrading and integrative developing． This dissertation predecessors to agricultural logistics performance and integrated supply chain performance，combined with the research results ofthe integrated with agricultural basesupermarket mode its characteristics and attributes of agriculture super docking mode，performance evaluation and research,aiming to establish more scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system，and promote the rapid development of agriculture super docking mode． This dissertation main research work includes：on about agricultural logistics performance and previous research achievements of integrated supply chain performance of several c
