中文摘要摘要：科技、社会和全球化的发展使得企业之间的竞争日益激烈，人力资源管 中文摘要 摘要：科技、社会和全球化的发展使得企业之间的竞争日益激烈，人力资源管 理逐渐上升到了企业战略决策层的高度。而绩效管理是人力资源管理中的关键环 节，又是企业战略管理的一个非常重要的有机组成部分。如何能在企业内成功开 展科学、合理的绩效管理工作，成为了当今理论界和企业研究的焦点。 首先，在充分了解目前国内外绩效管理现状的基础上，本文结合系统工程、 信息科学和流程再造等理论方法，首先提出了BPR-BPM模型，并给出了构建该模 型的流程，对BPR．BPM模型的相关理论进行了深入研究，在此基础上给出了该模 型的构建和具体实施过程。为了考核指标的制定更具科学性、考核结果更具客观 真实性，本文提出了基于流程节点元的绩效管理方法，并在此基础上实现对 BPR．BPM模型的BPM设计。该模型从企业战略目标着手，集多种绩效考核的优 点，为企业充分发挥绩效管理的作用和提升企业绩效管理水平提供了相关的理论 依据和方法指导。 其次，以“管理可视、流程可控、绩效可考”为指导思想，与ERP数据库资 源共享，实现了BPM信息系统的分析与设计，并给出了系统功能、体系结构和数 据库的设计方案，为提升企业绩效管理水平提供了一种新的思路。 最后，对本文的研究成果进行了总结，对后续工作进行了展望。 关键词：绩效管理流程再造信息系统BSC KPI 360度 分类号：TP302．1；F272．92 ：j匕塞銮适态堂亟±堂僮论塞 ：j匕塞銮适态堂亟±堂僮论塞 △旦墨!丛￡I ABSTRACT ABSTRACT：With the development of science，society and globalization,the competition among enterprises becomes more and more fierce．The management of human resources increased gradually to business strategy decision—making level． Performance management is not only the key link of human resources management，but also a very important integral part of strategic management of business．In these days， how to implement the scientific and rational performance management successfully in enterprises is the focus of theoretical field and enterprise research． Firstly，on the basis of researching the current status of performance management at home and abroad this paper proposed a BPR—BPM model，and presented the processes of the BPR-BPM Model，also studied the theories about the BPR—BPM Model． Then given the process to build and implement the BPR—BPM Model in an enterprise． In order to ensure the decision for evaluation index more scientific and the evaluation result more objective，this paper proposed a performance management method based on processes nodes．Then on the basis of this method this paper designed the BPM of the BPR-BPM model．This model is based on the enterprise’S strategic objectives and focus
