The informationization of education becomes an irresistible trend in education field. The teaching resources service system is able to provide varieties of informationized service for both teachers and students. The students could get what they need very fast by this system and communicate with their teachers. The thesis revolves around the discussion of this system of teaching resources service system based on.NET platform. First, the thesis discusses about the contents, forms and channels of what the present learners need, introduces the significance of this system and describes the business of the system and the key technology used in the process of system development. Next, the thesis introduces the development status of domestic and foreign educational resources sharing platform and several well-known resources sharing platform, and analyses the requirement of the system. Next, the thesis describes the architecture of system, the 4 modules and the designs of database and system security. Finally, describes the process of building the system function modules, including interface design, logic design and key technology. The P2P technology is used in the teaching resources service system. The technology is very popular in resource sharing field. The system need to meet the requirements of the sharing of teaching resources, so some problems about server overload are raised. The P2P technology can help us to solve these problems. In this thesis, we will learn about the feature of P2P, the common P2P network structure, and how to implement the P2P on .NET platform. It presents a solution of information sharing.
