The paper also take the Xinhua Hospital ad an example, to expound how data driven hospital scientific decision-making specific empirically, and put forward the suggestions and ideas to realize the data driven hospital scientific decision- making from the executable landing operation point of view. For the majority of hospitals in our country, it provided a new study and reference to achieve the management transformation and sustainable development in the face of big data era.
