摘要 摘 要 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 随着智能电网与 AMI 高级计量架构的不断发展，传统的智能电表已经不再 满足电力系统信息化管理的需要，因而，新一代智能低压配电终端应运而生。该 智能配电终端作为传统民用电表的替代产品，以 AMI 模型为基础，采用 3G 移 动通信网络接入方式，集双向电能计量、电能质量监控和用电保护功能于一体， 为电力用户提供全方位的用电管理、智能保护和互动控制等功能。本文正是基于 智能配电终端的实际应背景，以 Android 平台开发技术为基础，打造一个适用于 智能配电终端系统，并能够为其提供系统软件支持的应用软件平台。 该应用软件平台以 Android 系统为原型，通过系统定向开发，使其能够满足 智能配电终端的实际应用需求。同时为满足智能配电终端在无需更换硬件条件 下，通过系统远程设置与软件升级更新，便可实现功能扩展和用电管理模式转换 的功能要求，该应用软件平台还解决了底层硬件平台的通用性支持与上层应用程 序接口（API）的标准化定义等关键技术问题，从根本上增强了该软件平台的实 际应用能力。 本文针对智能配电终端应用软件平台的实际应用背景和基本工作原理，在掌 握 Android 系统开发关键技术的基础上，完成了基于电能计量功能的标准应用程 序接口定义，并通过加载系统驱动模块与搭建相关功能架构，模拟实现了电能的 双向计量与 3G 远程通信功能，为终端应用软件平台产品化奠定基础。 关键字：Android 智能配电终端 应用软件平台 API 双向电能计量 3G I ABSTRACT With the development of smart grid and the advanced metering infrastructure of AMI, traditional smart meters could not meet the management needs of the power system. So a new generation of intelligent low-voltage distribution terminal is proposed. The intelligent power distribution terminal replaces the traditional civil meter. Based on AMI model, a 3G mobile communication network access method is developed. The method makes the bidirectional energy metering, power quality monitoring and power protection in one Networked Intelligent Low-voltage Distribution Terminal to provide a full range of power management, intelligent protection and interactive control for the power users. Based on the real intelligent power distribution terminal and Android platform, a system for intelligent distribution terminals is created which can provide software platform for system software. Based on the Android system, the application software platform adapts the oriented development system to meet the practical application of intelligent power distribution terminal requirements.
