摘要摘 摘要 摘 要 在当今的信息时代，信息技术手段已日益广泛地应用于先进企业 的管理之中，使其管理效率提高、成本降低、市场反应能力增强，管 理信息化成了企业一个新的竞争要素。 企业资源计划(ERP)是将企业的各方面资源(人力、资金、信 息、物料、设备、时间、方法等方面)充分调配和平衡，为企业提高 资金运营水平、建立高效率供销链、提高生产效率、降低成本、提高 客户服务水平等方面提供强有力的信息化工具，同时也是全面建立企 业竞争优势，提高企业的市场竞争力的管理模式。 本文根据华伍公司信息化建设的具体实例，对该公司ERP项目的 需求以及解决方案的研究和设计及实施进行了分析。论文综合运用 ERP理论、MRPII理论等相关理论工具，在调查华伍公司目前生产经 营管理现状的基础上，从企业的管理需求分析入手，对该企业的ERP 项目提出了系统的解决方案。 本论文的主要成果在于，从华伍公司业务流程分析和管理需求入 手，运用相关的理论工具，提出了华伍公司ERP项目的切实可行的应 用解决方案和实施方案。本方案对多品种、小批量，按订单生产的机 械行业企业信息化建设具有很高的参考价值。 关键词：企业资源计划(ERP)机械行业 解决方案 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Nowadays，as a information ages，more and more information technologies are used to manage advanced corporations to increase their efficiencies，reduce their COSTS and enhance their response abilities to the marketing，and the informmlon is becoming a new competition factor to the corporations． ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning)is a powerful informmion tooi which can increases the financing operation level、establishing an efficient supply chain、 improving the production efficiency、reducing the cost and increasing service level for the customer throu曲integrate all the resources of the enterprise(human resource，financing，information、material，equipment，time，method)．in the same time，it is also a management mode of establishing competitive advantages and enhance the competitive power in the marketing ofthe enterprise． This thesis derives from the research of the management requirement of Huawu corporation．Based on the survey of the current operating and administrative state of Huawu corporation，the thesis integrates ERP and MRPll theories to explore Huawu’S future development and proposes a systemic solution to the ERP system of Huawu corporation． The outcome of this thesis is that it proposes an efficient solution of ERP system based 0n Huawu’s current administrative demands。This solution has a reference value to the machine corporations which plan to build a information svstem． Keywords：ERP Machine industry．Solution 独创性声明本人声明，所呈交的学
