Abstract The world economy is in transition from production economy to service eco nomy currently, China National Building Materials Group Corporation (CNBM) is keeping up with the trend of economic development, and CNBM International Corporation (CNBM International) seizes this opportunity tightly, and successful ly launched the 1st Non third party e-commerce platform (OK) in 2011 , whose main characteristic are self-support and spot transaction.
