In addition to the surrounding lymph nodes around outside the nucleus, bone and joint tuberculosis is the most common extra pulmonary tuberculosis, accounting for about 3% of tuberculosis. The traditional oral anti-TB drugs is difficult to achieve the desired drug concentration in the tumor region, because of bone and joint tuberculosis lesions particularity and it is liable to lead to a series of side effects. To solve the problems, a method of local treatment of bone tuberculosis drug is introduced. People solve the spinal tuberculosis remove bone formation after multiple defects with autologous bone allograft bone and artificial bone as repair materials now. Autologous bone and allograft bone are unable to receive a large number of anti- tuberculosis drugs, so the artificial bone is widely used as local sustained release carrier. PLGA has advantages of larger drug loadings, long-term drug release, adjustable degradation time. The β-TCP has good biocompatibility, and biodegradation. It can provide bone formation with elements such as calcium during the degradation. The experiment is to join INH and RFP
