You madly dash through traffic, tasks, meetings and more.  1 But, youre going to try to cram (把……塞进) as much into your day as possible. Yet, is going faster always the answer? Sometimes slowing down is exactly what you need to do to get more done. Here are some ways to slow down and still get more done in your day: Practice patience. Rushing isnt always the answer and it doesnt feel good.  2  Try a little patience. Many of the things you are stressing about arent worth it and many problems resolve themselves with just a little patience.  3  Talking with others often leads to answers and productive outcomes. Go and see the person you need to connect with instead of just endlessly sending emails. Plan. Saying you dont have time to plan is simply an excuse.  4  Planning can help you identify your priorities (首要事情) and avoid scheduling conflicts as well. Using a plan, you will be more relaxed during your day. Slow your pace. Haste (匆忙) often does lead to waste.  5  Try slowing things down and being more conscious of the task at hand.Besides, make sure that your energy doesnt burn out too early in your day. A.Think more.
