2006 第 10 屆科際整合管理研討會 回主目錄 MAY 27, pp303~319 企業綠色價值鏈管理與環境績效關聯性之研究 黃振豊 黃筱佩 淡江大學會計學系 淡江大學會計學系 chengli@mail.tku.edu.tw 693470311@s93.tku.edu.tw 摘要 關於綠色管理的研究，以往學者大多以廣泛性地討論綠色管理、綠色創新、綠色設 計及綠色行銷，較少學者將綠色價值鏈做一整合性的研究。有鑑於此，本研究試圖回答下 例兩個研究問題：1.探討企業組織實施綠色價值鏈管理之程度；2.探討企業組織綠色價值 鏈管理與環境績效之關係。本研究將綠色價值鏈管理分為尋料、研發設計、生產包裝、行 銷、推廣教育及回收，又將此六個構面區分為支援活動與主要活動；環境績效分為管理績 效及作業績效。本研究以 1000 大製造業為抽樣構架進行實證研究，從 118 份有效樣本中 發現：環境績效中，綠色價值鏈管理整體、主要活動與推廣教育都呈顯著正相關；其中作 業績效，生產包裝也呈顯著正相關。 關鍵字：綠色管理、價值鏈管理、綠色價值鏈管理、環境績效 The Research of the Relationship between Green value chain and Environment performance Cheng-Li Huang Hsiao-pei Huang Dept. of Accounting, Dept. of Accounting, Tamkang University Tamkang University chengli@mail.tku.edu.tw 693470311@s93.tku.edu.tw Abstract The research of green management, scholars always discussed extensively with green management, green innovation, green design and green marketing in the past, but a few scholars intergrated to green value chain.
