新型改性水性聚苯胺- 环氧树脂涂料的制备

: 通过化学结构改性法分别在环氧树脂 E - 44的 一 引入双键, 另一 引入
羟基, 用不饱和有机酸中和, 得到水性环氧树脂. 研究了单体配比反应温度对反应
转化率的影响, 确定了水性环氧树脂制备的最佳条件为: n (N - 甲基烯丙基胺) Bn (二
乙醇胺) Bn ( E - 44) = 1. 00B1. 05B1. 00; 反应温度 60e ; 反应时间 4 h. 同时研究了水
性环氧树脂及固化剂不同配比对涂层性能的影响, 确定了水性环氧树脂乳液和固化
剂的最佳质量比为 2B1.

Abstract: A new t pe of cationicw aterborne epox resinw as prepared b chem ical consti-
tution mod ificationw hich introduces double bonds at the one end of epox resin E- 44 and
h drox l group at the other end, and b neu tralizationw ith unsaturated organ ic acid. Vari-
ous reaction factors influencing the reaction transition ratio w ere studied such as comono-
mer ratio, reaction temperature and tmi e. The optmi um cond itions for the preparation of
cationic w aterborne epox resin w ere as follow s: the molar ratio of N - A ll lmeth lam ine,
diethanol am ine to b isphenolA ( E- 44) w as 1. 00B1. 05B1. 00, the reaction temperature
