It shortens the journey time, creates great social benefits, saves a lot of energy, and reduces the pollution of the environment. Constructing high speed railway has very important significance for the development of national economy and the improvement of peoples living standard, ensuring the operation safety is also an important issue. In order to study the operation safety of the high speed railway under the influence of seismic load ,the author of this paper establishes the two-dimensional train-bridge system model, deduces the kinematic equation of the train-bridge system, inputs the seismic load into the train-bridge system by using the Large Mass Method(LMM),analyzes the coupling characteristics of the kinematic equation, presents the specific methods and steps to solve the kinematic equation of train-bridge system by displacement iterative method, writes programs to solve the kinematic equation of the train-bridge system and verifies the correctness of the program. On the basis of above, analyze the dynamic response of the train-bridge system under the influence of seismic load with different train speed, different bearing stiffness, different incentive way and different structural forms, draw the following conclusion: the influence of earthquake to the train-bridge system dynamic response changes with different train speed, but there is no obvious law between the degree of influence and the train speed; the maximum vertical acceleration of the bridge system decreases with the vertical stiffness of bearing increasing, the maximum longitudinal acceleration of the bridge system increases with the vertical stiffness of bearing increasing, the maximum vertical acceleration of the car body is less influenced by the vertical stif
