In this study, we investig ted the cryoprotective ctivity of ETG nd PROH on the development of 2-cell embryos. Two-cell embryos were cryopresered with PROH nd ETG using convention l cryopreserv tion procedures. After th wing, the surviv l r tes of 2-cell embryos were ssessed, nd their development to 4-cell embryos, bl stocysts, h tched bl stocysts nd offspring were comp red with nonfrozen embryos. The tot l number of cells in
