四川理工学院毕业论文 浅论工程招投标的重要意义及需要改进的问题 学 生： 学 号： 专 业： 工程管理 班 级：2015级双学位 指导教师：黄娟 四川理工学院管理学院 二○一七 年 五 月 摘 要 招标投标为了营造一个公平、公正的竞争环境，同时进一步规范建筑市场秩序。保证了工程建设的顺利进行和建筑业的健康发展。针对当前建筑市场招标投标活动存在的问题，应该建立科学、统一、透明、高效的招标投标体制和运行机制，才能更好地规范建筑市场秩序，从源头上遏制腐败，促进建筑市场秩序走向程序化、规范化的道路，提高建筑工程的质量和水平。本文主要说明了招标投标的重要意义，分析了建筑工程招标投标存在的问题，以及工程招标投标的防范措施。 关键词：建筑工程,招标投标,重要意义  ABSTRACT Tendering and bidding in order to build a fair and just competition environment, and further standardize the order of construction market. Ensure the smooth progress of the project construction and the healthy development of construction industry. In view of the current problems existing in the construction market tender and bid activities, should set up scientific, unified, transparent and efficient bidding and tendering system and operational mechanism, in order to better regulate construction market order, curb corruption from source, promoting to the procedural and standardized road construction market order, improve the quality and level of the construction project. This paper mainly illustrates the significance of the tendering and bidding, analyzes the problems existing in the construction project bidding and tendering, and the measures to prevent engineering bidding and tendering.
