目录 目录 摘要 摘 要 随着经济的高速发展，我国企业在促进经济发展、增加财政收入、提供社会服务、扩大社会就业、出口创汇等方面提供了十分巨大的贡献。企业在飞速发展的同时,由于自身管理缺陷和外部政策环境等各种因素导致了诸多问题,其中突出的困难就是融资问题。融资问题已经成了阻碍企业更好发展的瓶颈，如何解决融资管理问题已迫在眉睫。不同的融资渠道、融资金额、融资方式，将影响企业融资成本及财务风险。为此，在融资过程中，企业要根据自身的发展战略决定其融资策略，继而选择适合自己的最佳资本结构和融资方式，防范财务风险。本文主要从中小企业在发展中融资方面的现状、原因、对策进行分析。 关键词：企业，融资管理，融资策略 目录 2017届财务管理专业毕业设计（论文） ABSTRACT ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economy, Chinese enterprises in the promotion of economic development, increase revenue, provide social services, expand social employment, export and other aspects of the provision of a very great contribution.
