一种具有H．264编解码功能的PCI板卡 一种具有H．264编解码功能的PCI板卡 及相关软件的设计与实现 摘要 随着视频技术的发展，许多视频编码方案不断被提出和应用。在 众多方案中，H．264是目前最有效的编解码标准。 H．264是由ITU—T和ISO联合制定的新一代视频编码标准。在相 同的重构图像质量下，H．264与H．263、MPEG-4标准相比，分别能节 约50％、2096的码流。该优点非常适合解决国内运营商用户量过大、 网络带宽相对有限的问题。 但是，H．264在大幅度提高编码效率的同时，带来了因运算复杂 度猛增的新问题。这给H．264的嵌入式应用带来了巨大障碍。 因此，为了解决这个问题的，本文选用高性能的DM642作为平台， 对H．264软件进行移植和优化。首先介绍了H．264原理和DSP平台， 然后描述了本系统的四个模块：H．264软件的移植与优化、PCI驱动 编程、YUV重构图象的回放和DSP引导功能。经过优化，编解码速度 得到了很大提高。它与另外三个模块构成了一个具有H．264编解码功 能的PCI板卡。 关键词：H．264 T264数字信号处理视频编解码引导程序 THE THE DESIGN AND姗LEMENTATION OF A H．264 CODEC PCI CARD AND RELATED SOFTWARE AB STRACT With the development of the digital video coding technology,many applications are constantly made and applied．In numerous coding schemes，H．264 iS the most effective one． H．264 is a new generation of video coding standard，developed by the j oint of ITU-T and ISO．Comparing with H．263 and MPEG·4，it saves respectively 50％and 20％of the bit stream，in the situation that the reconstructed image quality is the same．This is very suitable for solving the problem that the domestic operators have excessive users，but not enough bandwidth resources． However,the new issue of the soaring computational complexity is brought at the same time by the increase of the coding efficiency．It is a tremendous obstacle in H．264 embedded applications． Therefore，in order to solve this problem,the paper uses high-performance DM642 as platform for H．264 software transplantation and optimization．It first introduces H．264 principle and DSP platform， and then describes the system’S four modules：the transplantation and optimization of H．264 software，PCI driver,the playback ofⅦV reconstructed reconstructed images and DSP bootloader．After optimization，the codcc speed has been greatly improved．The four modules constitute a PCI card witll H．264 codec function． KEY WORDS：H．264，T264，DSP,Video-Codec，Bootloader 独创性(或创新性)声明本人声明所呈交的论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究 独创性(或创新性)声明 本人声明所呈交的论文是本人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究 成果。尽我所知，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢中所罗列的内容以外，论文
