However, the problem of financing for SMEs has become plagued its development bottleneck. Therefore, the correct understanding and effective solution to the problem of financing small and medium enterprises has important practical significance. In this paper, credit facilities for SMEs difficult situation and analysis of the causes and put forward specific policy proposals put forward small business loan difficulties, both the government reasons, the reasons for banks, but also on their own reasons, the three are equal important. Therefore,To fundamentally change the plight of small and medium enterprises in getting loans, we must increase the Governments support for efforts to enhance the credit environment for SMEs and promote the reform of banking system, great efforts in three areas, building an effective credit services to small and medium enterprises and their support system.
