School of Internet of Things Engineering, Jiangnan University, Wuxi Jangsu 214122, China) Abstract: The consensus for multi-agent systems with intervention in undirected interaction topology is deﬁned. Based on graph theory, matrix theory and limit theory, we present sufﬁcient conditions and consensus value for the convergence of the system. Then, for the system to converge to the speciﬁed location, we design a valid intervention controller. Finally, the consensus tracking algorithm is developed for a moving target.
