首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 京津冀人力资本集聚与外溢效应耦合机制研究 Abstract ”Collaborative Development Strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei”．putting forward by the Party Central Committee，is significant policy for the future well practical activity of the”Five Development Concept”．Under the background of this strategy, coordinated development of human capital in Beijing--Tianjin·-Hebei region has a positive meaning in that it is not only the direction and result but also the foundation and guarantee for this region． This paper constructs，using the concept of”coupling”in physics for reference and based on the characteristics of interdependence and mutual influence between human capital agglomeration effect and overflow effect，the theoretical framework of coupling mechanism covering the two effects．Meanwhile，with the help of panel data from 1 996 to 20 1 3，we calculate the total amount and growth rate of human capital from four dimensions--education capital，technology capital，cultural capital and health capital一一in this region．Besides，we show the space dynamic evolution with Maplnfo software． Then，we estimate human capital agglomeration and overflow effect index as well discuss its dynamic change．After that，from the two aspects development degree and coordination degree，we analyze the coupling effect the basis of theoretical model． Finally,through adding the variable of comprehensive human capital into C—D production function and using fixed effect and panel threshold model，we analyze the change situation of human capital economic utility under the influence of agglomeration—overflow effect． Research results indicate that，after 1 8 years of dynamic evolution，the region had formed spatial distribution pattern that is the north and south area in low and the central area in high and low mixed in terms of human capital overall amount，and Beijing，Tianjin and Shijiazhuang had formed”human capital highland”gradually in this region．Also，the growth rate of human capital is in unbalanced develo
