建構國土安全輻射監測網 Establishment of Homeland Security Radiation Monitoring Network in Taiwan 主管單位：行政院原子能委員會 洪明崎 方鈞屹 邱信男 劉任哲 林培火 Horng, Ming-Chi Fang, Ching-Yi Chiu, Hsin-Nan Liu, Ren-Jer Lin, Pei-Huo 行政院原子能委員會輻射偵測中心 摘要 本計畫全程為101 年至104 年，計四年期，主要目的為建立緊急應變輻射偵測 系統、及調查我國環境輻射劑量水平。103 年主要工作內容包括持續執行現場環境 輻射偵測調查、建置全國矩陣網狀輻射監測地理資訊平台、建置民生供水源頭輻射 污染自動化監測警報系統的可行性與必要性評估、建置環境試樣放射性分析數據系 統及資料庫平台等。 為了整合環境放射性試樣分析系統、輻安預警監測系統、現場環境輻射度量等 數據，我們亦開發了全國矩陣網狀偵測點資料庫，並擷取來自台灣電力公司的第一、 二、三、四等核電廠及蘭嶼貯存場周圍環境輻射監測數據，納入我們的資料庫，大 幅增加了環境輻射監測資料量。綜上所示成果，有助於增進核事故緊急應變能量。 關鍵詞：輻射度量、輻射劑量、緊急應變 Abstract The main purpose of this project is to establish the emergency response radiation detection system, and to investigate the environmental radiation dose level in Taiwan, the execution time from 2012 to 2015. In 2014, the main content of the work plan include the continued implementation of on-site environmental radiation detection surveys, the investigation for the environmental radiation monitoring dose using a national matrix geographic information platform, the assessment of the feasibility and necessity for set an automatic alarm system for the monitoring water radioactive contamination in drinking water plant, the establishment of an environment radioactive sample analysis data system and its database platforms, etc. In order to integrate the data from the environmental radioactivity sample analysis system, early warning and monitoring radiation safety system, and on-site environmental radiation measurements.
