The strategy of employment information management mainly consists of the search, organization and combination of employment information. This thesis is based on Job Search Theory from foreign scholars. According to the questionnaire on 100 college students, the problems mainly lie in the high opportunity costs, the asymmetric information and the regional tendency in the employment information management of college students. In this way, we should master scientific collective methods, choose effective and appropriate searching ways and utilize the information comprehensively in order to improve the ability of employment information management.
