Key words: Intangible cultural heritage; Protection; Inherit 中国是一个历史悠久的文明古国，在其五千多年的历史发展中，形成了丰富多彩、独具特色的非物质文化。非物质文化体现了包含着丰富的文化内涵，体现了中华民族先人们的集体智慧和创造力。2004年8月，十届全国人大常委会第十一次会议批准我国加入联合国《保护非物质文化遗产公约》，成为较早加入该公约的国家之一。2006年6月10日，我国迎来了第一个“文化遗产日”，非物质文化遗产保护意识渐渐深入人心。关于非物质文化遗产保护的研究也日益增多，笔者在中国知网以“非物质文化遗产”为篇名，搜索1999年至2009年（最后截止于2009年6月10日15点40分）以来的文献，共计1719篇。主要涉及非物质文化遗产概念界定、意义、价值、保护、利用、传承等方面，其中以非物质文化遗产的界定，保护模式，利用的研究居多。 一、非物质文化遗产概念的研究 （一）非物质文化遗产定义及分类的依据 1．联合国教科文组织对非物质文化保护遗产的定义及分类 2003年10月17日，联合国教育、科学及文化组织第32届会议正式通
