分类号 分类号 ．．．． ． U D C 一 密级 公 丹 暑象 ≯产篝 硕士研究生学位论文 地图档案信息化建设研究 申请人： 曹雪峰 学 号： 2131651 培养单位： 信息管理学院 学科专业： 图书情报 研究方向： 档案管理 指导教师： 张文浩副教授 完成日期： 2015年4月20日 万方数据 中文摘要中文摘要 中文摘要 中文摘要 本文以某地区移动公司的业务信息数据为基础，系统分析了电子地图平台下 建立“电子地图文档一体化管理系统”的可行性，提出了系统构架总体设计方案、 开发模式和实现方法，并结合通信行业的特点，制定了数据库组织与设计框架； 同时，在对系统应用模型进行详细分析基础上，确定了专业应用模型库的建设方 案及实现方式，以此为基础探讨地图档案信息化建设问题。论文重点研究了电子 地图平台下文档一体化管理系统的构造模型。最终研究成果形成了由专业基础模 型和专业应用模型构成的、能对庞大的地理数字信息进行可视化分析处理的综合 GIS(地理信息管理系统)应用系统，该系统不单单具有一般GIS所具备的常用功 能及操作系统，也添加了档案管理模块，更重要的是可以借助专业应用模型进行 计算评价及对比分析决策，实现了对通信等行业的高效管理和科学监测，具有较 高的理论意义和应用价值。 关键词：地图档案；信息化建设；电子地图；文档一体化 万方数据 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文Abstract 黑龙江大学硕士学位论文 Abstract In this article，it was based on the mobile company’S data in given area．In this system we analyzes that it is feasible to establish the electronic map platform of” document management system”，we proposes the system of the overall design， development model and implementation method in the paper．we established database organization and design framework together with the characteristics of the communications industry；At the same time，Oil the basis of detailed analysis of system application model，we determine the professional application model library construction scheme and realization method．In the paper we focuses on the structure of the electronic map platform confidence file model．It was formed that the Final results consist of professional base model and professional application model，what calTy out on the large digital information processing of the integrated application of GIS through visualization analysis，the system not only has a common function of the general GIS，but also adds file management module，but more important is that it call calculate and auxiliary decision—making with the help of a professional application model．It was realized that there are high theoretical significance and application value under the scientific monitoring and management ofthe communications industry． Keywords：map archives；information construction；electronic map；docu
