中文摘要青岛市区青少年骨龄的调查研究 中文摘要 青岛市区青少年骨龄的调查研究 摘要 目的适时了解青岛市区健康汉族青少年膝踝两关节各长骨干骺融合状况，掌握其发 育现状的变化趋势，为相关领域进一步积累资料。 方法随机选取青岛市区9--20岁健康汉族青少年，男性602人，女603人，共计1205 人。拍摄膝踝两关节X线正位片，观察其干骺融合情况，计算各长骨干骺融合时间。 在拍片的同时询问女生月经初潮时间；经统计分析处理对各长骨干骺融合时间和月 经初潮时间进行相关分析。 结果膝部及踝部长骨干骺融合时间为：胫骨下端(男15．179岁、女13．379岁)、腓骨 下端(男15．290岁、女13．472岁)、股骨下端(男15．629岁、女13．722岁)、腓骨上端(男 15．708岁、女13．753岁)、胫骨上端(男16．329岁、女14．027岁)。干骺融合时间男明 显晚于女。女生月经初潮时间与干骺融合时间成高度正相关。 结论青岛市区汉族青少年的骨发育有明显加速提前的趋势，研究结果可为人类学、 法医学和临床医学等积累研究资料，因此应该制定新的反映青少年骨发育水平的骨 龄标准。 硕士研究生田晓青(影像解剖学) 指导教师刘丰春教授 关键词：骨龄；干骺融合；月经初潮；X线片 英文摘要Investigation 英文摘要 Investigation of the Skeletal Age of Adolescents in Qingdao City Abstract Objective To understand the long bones’epiphysis—diaphysis fusion in the knee and ankle j oints of Han，heathy adolescents in Qingdao city and to grasp the changing tendency of their skeletal development．Data can be accumulated for related fields． Methods The Han，healthy young people were chosen in Qingdao city randomly，602 in male，603 in female，totally 1 205．Their knees and ankles were radiographied at the posterior—anterior position and radiograms were obtained．We observed the epiphysis—diaphysis fusion of the long bones and calculated the fusion ages by probit method．At the same time，we counted the females’menarchal time．At last，we analyzed the correlation among the epiphysis-diaphysis time，between the menarchal time． Results The sequence of the epiphysis—diaphysis fusion in the knee and ankle long bones is as follow：the inferior end oftibia(M15．179 yrs；F13．379 yrs)，the inferior end of fibula(M 1 5．290 yrs；F 1 3．472 yrs)，the inferior end of femur(M 1 5．629yrs；F 1 3．722 yrs)，the superior end of femur(M 1 5．708 yrs；F 13．753 yrs)，and the superior end oftibia(M 16．329 yrs；F 14．027yrs)． The females’menses time is obviously advanced and is highly correlated with the epiphysis-diaphysis time． Conclusion The skeletal development of adolescents in Qingdao city has 2 英文摘要obvious 英文摘要 obvious acceleration．These results Call accumulate new data for the r
