摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 由于受全球气候变化的影响，近些年来我国频繁出现极端恶劣天气，输电 线路多次出现覆冰故障．更严重的是，在2008年2月，在中国南方大部分地区 出现了大范围的严重的冰雪状况，造成电网重大灾难，给受灾地区的交通、电 力、通信和人民生活带来严重影响。因此，对输电线路的覆冰原理和防覆冰技 术的研究迫在眉睫II J。 随着，国家特高压电网建设的加快发展，特高压电网的安全稳定运行是今 后骨干电网的重中之重。本文从国家首条1000干伏特高压交流试验示范工程线 路所发生的覆冰故障为出发点，分析了故障发生的原因，研究了国内外的覆冰 理论，总结了各种防覆冰措施，为今后的特高压输电线路防覆冰治理工作提供 了参考。本文所完成的主要工作包括一下四个方面： (1)输电线路覆冰基础理论研究。详细介绍了输电线路覆冰类型，覆冰机 理和影响覆冰的各种因素，为解决防覆冰措施提供理论基础。 (2)通过对特高压线路的覆冰故障案例研究。分析覆冰闪络故障发生的原 因，找出线路覆冰的规律性。 (3)分析研究绝缘子覆冰闪络的特性，找出解决防覆冰治理方案。 (4)输电线路防覆冰技术的研究。结合河南电网所采用的防覆冰措施，针 对特高压输电线路绝缘子特点，提出有针对性防覆冰治理措施。 关键词：输电线路；特高压：绝缘子；覆冰：故障；防治。 万方数据 ABSTRACTAB ABSTRACT AB STRACT In recent years，due to the effect of global climate，severe weather appears frequently in our country．Transmission lines have encountered ice·fault many times． What’S more，in January 2008，a wide range of severe ice and snow occurred，in the south of China，which caused a major disaster to the Power Grid，and affected the transport，electric power,communication and the people’S life．As a result，the research about the ice·coating theory and anti-icing technology is imminent． With the rapid development of UHV Power grid，the safe and stable operation of UHV Power is the key of the coming main Power Grid．This article，from the starting point of the ice-fault of the first 1 000kV HUV AC test project，analyses the causes of the fault，and study the ice—coating theory both in China and abroad，and summarizes the various measures of prevention-icing，and provides the reference for the further prevention—icing work．The main work included： (1)The basic theory research about the transmission lines ice—coating．The article introduces the type of transmission lines ice-coating，the mechanism and all the factors of icing，and provides theoretical basis for solving prevention-icing． (2)Through to the studies of the UHV transmission line ice—fault，analyzing the causes of ice coating flashover,finds out the icing regularity． (3)Analysis and study of the characteristics about the insulator ice—fault，find out the
