研究生优秀毕业论文 硕士学位论文 硕士学位论文 软组织修复用多聚糖水凝胶材料的制备及性能研究 Abstract Soft tissue such as cartilage，adipose tissue does not have capabilities of regenerative for without containing blood vessels and lymphatic，and because of their very limited abilities to repair themselves，when the soft tissues are damaged or diseased，they cannot be repaired by themselves．Generally,traditional methods have some limitations．Cell growth factor has a good effect of promoting the differentiation of soft tissue．However,it is still difficult for cell growth factor to slow release in soft tissue damaged parts to achieve a good result in promoting the differentiation of soft tissue．The controlled release of drug delivery technology is all important way to make cell growth factor maintain biologically active in vivo environment and to achieve effective long-term release． Biodegradable hydrogels and microspheres are two important research directions in controlled drug delivery systems．Many polymer materials have been used to prepare microspheres and hydrogels as the drug delivery carrier, while the natural polysaccharide—based polymer materials have a great prospect in terms of drug release for their good biocompatibility and biodegradability． Alginate is a naturally occurring anionic and hydrophilic polysaccharide，which is derived primarily from brown seaweed and bacteria．Alginate has been extensively investigated and used for many biomedical applications such as tissue engineering and drug delivery，for its excellent biocompatibility,biodegradability，low toxicity，relatively low cost， as well as excellent gel-forming properties．Alginate Can be oxidized，and the carbon-carbon bonds of the cis-diol groups in molecular chain are cleaved and generated reactive aldehyde functions，which enhanced the activity and degradability of alginate． Chitosan is a naturally linear polysaccharide，partially deacetylated derivative from
