题 目 数控磨床床身结构设计 摘　　要 数控磨床作为一种重要的机械零件加工设备广泛应用于尺寸精度和表面质量要求较高的各种平面加工。磨削技术及磨床在机械制造行业中占有极其重要的地位，磨削技术的发展很快，在机械加工中起着非常重要的作用。随着高精度、高硬度机械零件数量的增加，以及精密铸造和精密锻造工艺的发展，磨床的性能、品种和产量都在不断的提高。磨床是各类金属切削机床中品种最多的一类，主要类型有内圆磨床、外圆磨床、平面磨床、无心磨床、工具磨床等。 在整个磨床的各个组成部分中, 床身是磨床的重要基础部件，床身起着支撑和连接工作台、砂轮架、立柱等关键零部件的作用,并与整机性能有着密切关系。目前, 国内的普通磨床基本依靠经验进行设计, 设计的理论依据不足,使得磨床床身结构存在形式单一、结构复杂、耗材多、成本高等问题, 因此进行床身轻量化设计研究十分必要。 关键词：数控磨床、磨削技术、床身 ABSTRACT CNC grinding machine is a kind of important mechanical parts processing equipment widely used in various plane machining precision and surface quality requirements higher. Grinding technology and the machine occupies an extremely important position in the machinery manufacturing industry, the development of grinding technology soon, plays a very important role in machining. With the increasing number of high precision, high hardness and mechanical parts, as well as the development of precision casting and forging process, performance, varieties and production are in the continuous improvement of the grinding machine. All kinds of metal cutting machine tool grinder is a kind of most varieties, the main types of internal grinder, cylindrical grinder, surface grinder, centerless grinder, grinding machine etc.. In the various parts of the grinder, lathe bed is an important basic components of grinder, lathe bed plays a supporting and connecting table, the grinding wheel rack, column and other key parts of the function, and has a close relation with the performance. At present, the domestic ordinary grinder basically rely on experience to carry on the design, the theoretical basis for design deficiencies, form single, complex structure, much material consumption, high cost makes the structure of grinder bed, so it is necessary to study the lightweight body design.
