西北大学硕士学位论文All—solid-state 西北大学硕士学位论文 All—solid-state V—shaped Double-cavity Combination One-way Overlapping Quasi-continuous Output 206W Green Laser Experiment Study AB STRACT Laser diode—pumped solid-state lasers(DPSSL or DPL)have become a developing focus of novel solid-state lasers and have wide applications in material processing， military,medical therapeutics，and basic research，etc．，due to their advantages，such as high efficiency,compactness，steadiness，long lifetime and all solid—state construction．High·power all solid-state lasers are becoming mainstream lasers，and 11igh—power LD pumped green laser has become the researching emphasis． This dissertation has made theoretical and experimental research on the high—power, all solid-state intracavity frequency-doubled Nd：YAG laser．we reported a new V-shaped combination cavity which is composed of two parts，a V-shaped cavity and a linear cavity,using two modules with the same geometry pumping the dual Nd：YAG crystals；when the two modules pumping current are 50A and 50A respectively，at a repetition of22．4 KHz，the largest output power of 1064rim was 367W，the maximum average output power of 532nm green laser was 206．2W．The double frequency efficiency is 60．2％．The mainly innovation points Can be summarized aS follows 1．Presents a V—shaped double—cavity combination one-way overlapping quasi continuous output green laser．The system consists of two independent sub-cavity structure，one for V．shaped cavity，one for linear—cavity．Plane and concave mirrors are used in each sub．cavity structure to obtain greater frequency wave power．At the same time a harmonic mirror places in the near·cavity to make the harmonic frequency light and fundamental frequency light separation，reducing the absorption of frequency laser crystal for harmonic·frequency light，and to achieve one。way output．Laser system does not need to j oin any thermal lens compensation components and thermally induced birefringence components，The 1 064 nm light that
