贵州师范大学硕士学位论文摘 贵州师范大学硕士学位论文 摘 要 制度文化作为人的活动的非实体性要素之一，不仅是人的活动与 创造，也是规范活动主体的基本秩序体系。随着马克思主义哲学对人 的活动研究的深化，制度文化已成为哲学研究的一个重要领域。 本论文在吸收社会学、文化人类学、制度经济学等相关学科研究 成果的基础上，运用马克思主义基本观点和方法，立足于人的活动视 角，从哲学理论的层面上对制度文化的相关问题进行了研究和探讨， 为人的活动视野中制度文化的后续研究提供了理论铺垫。第一，探讨 了制度文化研究的语境，系统地分析了人类现代困境的哲学基础和现 代哲学思维转向，为进一步研究制度文化提供了逻辑起点。第二，立 足于实质性思维模式，探讨了制度文化的本质特征和基本结构。第三， 从本体论的角度分析了制度文化作为一种“人文力的形上基础、价 值的“分化与整合刀以及“生态调理。第四，通过分析制度文化的 运行机制、前在预设和张力区间，从理论上探讨了实现制度文化效率 的条件；在对制度文化功能进行理论抽象的基础上，分析市场经济条 件下制度文化的功能结构及其创新的必然性。 本论文对人的活动视野中的制度文化的研究，仅仅局限于理论层 面的分析，未能在实践层面针对研究主题进行有效展开，为后续研究 留下了较为广阔的研究空间。 关键词：人的活动 制度文化 理论分析 贵州师范大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACT 贵州师范大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT As one of the non-substantial elements，the institutional culture is not only the hIman aCtiVities and creatiVities，bm the basic system to order the main bo(1y of human actiVities．With the de印ening of the study of humaIl actiVities by the Marxist philosophM the institlltional culture has beconle an import趾t area of philosophical research．On me base of tabng iIl the related researCh achieVements of sociology， culture-枷hropology，institutional—economics and so on，aIld appl如ng the basic Viev叩oim and methods of MaⅨism，the paper wiU being based on the perspectiVe of tmman a甜访ties and conduct a study and eXploration systematically to some related problems about institlJtional cultllre on the level of p11ilosophical theo巧aIld proVide the theoretical pr印aration for the f01lowing studies of instimtional culture of human actiVities．Firstly by explorating the back铲ound of study of institlltional cultllre and analysing systematically也e philosophical base of the hlIman modem predicament and the tunling of the modem philosophicalideals，the paper pr．oVided the logical starting．Secondly；based on the substantial mode of thinl(ing，the paper studied the essential features and basic smcture． Thirdly； on the Vie、Ⅳpoint of Ontology； the paper analysed the metaphysical base and the‘difrerentiation and confomity’of the Value and the ec0109y recuperation of institutional cultllre a
