秩序校园——中小学教学秩序的的田野考察.docx

摘要“教学秩序”是一个熟悉又陌生的日常概念，课程与教学论的经典范畴中尚 摘要 “教学秩序”是一个熟悉又陌生的日常概念，课程与教学论的经典范畴中尚 缺少这方面的专题研究。本研究选择“教学秩序”为关键词，就是想充分吸收“课 堂纪律”、“课堂管理”等方面的已有研究成果，试图运用更广阔的学术视野对影 响教学秩序形成与发展的诸因素做深入的梳理，并努力采用更务实的研究方法对 教学秩序发生与发展的进程做真实的描摹。 本论文的主体部分由上下两编组成：上编为针对中小学生的教学秩序而进行 的田野考察，重点在“拂晓小学”、“霞光中学”等学校展开，描摹了中小学生教 学秩序的发生与发展过程，并对其中的若干问题如“小学阶段教学秩序的总体特 征”、“中国特色的‘秩序教育’之路”等进行了讨论与反思。 下编的考察重点是中小学教师的教学管理言行，考察方法除了倚重前文中的 “现场考察”外，也把各种中小学教师在网络环境下写作的教学随笔作为考察与 分析对象，分别探讨了中小学教师日常教学管理方法、教学管理特色与风格、教 学管理角色与效果、教学管理能力等问题，并通过对一个特殊教育机构教学秩序 的探访，对普通学校中普遍存在的“差生”教育等问题进行讨论。 除了前言、主体部分之外，论文还提供了8个小学和初中的学生个案，通过 这几个典型的秩序教育故事，讨论“个性化”、“人性化”的秩序教育取向问题。 关键词： 教学秩序；教学管理；中小学；田野考察 Abstract^冶c西ing Abstract ^冶c西ing order is daily conception which we feel both familJar and strange．In the classical field of curriculum and teaching theory，it is still short of professional research．I choose teaching order as the key word to assimi late suffiCientlY the research achievementS in these respects such as classroom discipline，classroom management，etc，and try to card the elements deeply which infhent the form and the development of teaching order in wilder study sight．What’S more，I try my best to picture the proceeding of the genesiS and development of Teaching order in more practica]methods truelY． ThiS article iS mainlY composed of two partS．The first part iS about some field research，which aims at the teaching order of elementary school and middle sch001．The research iS focus foxiao elementary school，xiaguang middle school，etc．It describes the genesiS and development of elementary school and high school’S teaching order．Besides，I diSCUSS and reflect on some problems，such as the main character of teaching order in elementary period，the road of oder education with Chinese characteristic，etc． The next part iS foucus on teachers’words and deeds on teaching management．The method of reviews not only rely the iive reviews but alSO take many kinds of teachers’essays which in the Internet environment the objectS of mv review and analysiS．DiSCUSS the teachers’teaching
