研究生优秀毕业论文 11 C C I i n i ca I Research on Treatment of I i ver stagnat i on and k i dney deb i I i ty Type menopausa I syndrome W i th Geng n i an zonghe Decoct i on SpeciaIty：Chinese MediCine GynecoIogy Author：IP Cheuk Yu Tutor：Professor Xu L imi an Abstract ObjectiMe： To further investigate the mechanism of immune regulation medicine endocrine function of ovarian reserve，and to explore traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis over treatment of ovarian function decline law．The finding reflects a specific marker for ovarian reserve and prognosis．This study is mainly through clinical observation and study on the integrated approach menopause C1 inical value of menopausal syndrome． Methods： Through clinical studies，60 met the inclusion criteria for patient in clinical studies．Single—blind，paralled—group study of a single simulation： daily hot flashes in menopausal women 60 cases were divided into treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients randomly．60 patients aged between 40to 55 are randomly classi fled into two groups with 30 in each group．The treatment Group patients take one dose of self—prescribed Geng nian zonghe Decoction a day．The Control Group patients take Ding jing Decoction vocally once a day for a month as a treatment course．Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale in combination with index examination results iS adopted to conduct cl inical observation for Menopausal syndrome treatment． (K) Kupperman symptom score and the Chinese medicine indicators are used to measure on before and after treatment．The period of Treatment i S for 15—21 days．Chinese medicine treatment of this disease has yielded satisfactied results in clinical practice，but most stay on the clinical efficacy of observation．It can be concluded that fewer large sample data determining the efficacy is not sufficient and the objective indicators of clinical studies selection still have some deficiency．Therefore，the future of cl inical studies of large sample popul
