Research Research on the regulating countermeasures of contradiction between supply and demand of commercial forest insurance in Hebei Province Author：Han Ting Major：Management of forestry economy Tutor：Dai Fang Abstract Compared to the indus仃ial and agricultural products，commercial forest production and operaion has a higher uncertainty in production，management，sales and other aspects because its long cycle and multiple natural risks it faced of,such as human risk，market risk and policy risk and SO on．In order to reduce the risk of forestry production and management of important influence and risk of the realization of the effective transfer and prevention,improve farmers engaged in commodity forest management enthusiasm，Hebei Province began to implement the policy of forestry insurance．At present it mainly take the form of forestry insurance policy from naional，provincial，city and County financial subsidies of the forest insurance premium．However，the development of the commercial forest insurance in Hebei province is facing many problems because of the late start and experience of the forestry insurance in Hebei province．Based on this，through the analysis of the current situation of the imbalance between supply and demand imbalance and the control factors，this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures，for the further development of commercial forest insurance in Hebei Province． This paper takes Hebei Province commercial forest insurance as the object of studv： the supply and demand of commercial forest insurance as the starting point，with risk management theory,demand and supply theory,public goods theory, information asymmetry theory,game theory as the theoretical basis，on the basis of commodity forest insurance supply and demand situation in Hebei Province，the Paper in—depth analysis reasons of the lmbalance between supply and demand，and finally puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of commercial forest insurance supply and demand in
