PAGE PAGE I 杜邦分析法在财务分析中的应用 ——以富达汽车销售服务有限公司为例 摘 要 在日趋激烈的市场竞争下，财务管理逐渐成为了一个企业的核心，财务分析以直观、客观的特点成为研究企业财务管理的重要途径。经济在发展，财务分析的方法也在不断发展，愈加完善的杜邦分析体系被越来越多的财务分析者所采用，并逐渐发展成为在很多国家较有影响的综合财务分析方法。 本文利用杜邦模型作为研究企业财务管理问题、分析企业经营业绩与财务状况的框架思路，以财务比率中综合性最强，最具代表性、最能体现股东财富最大化目标的股东权益报酬率为核心指标，按杜邦模型从盈利能力、运营能力、资本结构三个方面建立企业财务管理研究分析体系，并对影响这三个部分的财务项目进行逐一分析。按照上述的设计，对富达汽车销售服务有限公司的财务管理状况与经营业绩进行分析与评价，指出其在成本费用控制、资产运营过程中的问题所在并做出建议。 关键词：杜邦分析法；财务报表分析；股东权益报酬率 Abstract Under the situation that the market competition has become more and more fierce,the financial management has playing a core role in the enterprise gradually. Meanwhile,financial analysis has become an important approachment to research the enterprise-financial management as its direct,objective characteristics. The economy is developing ,the method of financial analysis is also in progress ,at the same time,the Dupont analysis system which has become more and more perfect has been adopted by more and more financial analysts, and has developed into a influential comprehensive financial analysis method in many countries. This paper using Dupont model as research enterprise financial management, analysis enterprise operating performance and financial status of the thinking framework, with financial ratios of comprehensive are the strongest, the most representative, can manifest the stockholder wealth maximization goal of shareholders equity return rate as the core index, according to the Dupont model from profitability, operation ability, capital structure three aspects establish enterprise financial management research analysis system, and the influence of these three parts one financial project analysis, according to the above design, fidelity to financial management status and business performance evaluation and analysis, and points out that in the cost control, assets operation of the problem and make Suggestions.
