为了增强员工对公司政策和规定的了解，在公司内部营造一个公开、透明的沟通环境，根据 《劳动合同法》、《江苏省企业民主管理条例》等相关法律法规的规定，公司《员工手册》已 于 2008 年 9 月 4 日公司首届一次职工代表大会讨论审议，协商一致，同时，公司管理层审批 批准。因此，《员工手册》自 2008 年 10 月 1 日起生效，现予公布。 In order to make associates understand more clearly about policies, regulations and rules of the Company and also to build up an open, transparent communication environment in the Company, “Associate Handbook” has been reviewed and adopted at the 1st Meeting of 1st Labor Union Delegate’s Congress on 4th September 2008 according to stipulation of “Employment Contract Law” and “Regulations of Jiangsu Province on Democratic Management in Enterprises”. In addition, “Associate Handbook” has been approved by BoM of the Company. This is hereby promulgated and it shall go into effect since 1st October 2008.
