提出风险管理目标。第四章分析了X 银行信用卡网上支付业务的风险情况及存在的问 题。首先运用分解分析法对该银行主要的几种信用卡互联网支付模式的流程及风险进 行阐述,接着根据上述分析对主要风险进行归类,最后提出风险管理中存在的问题并 分析产生原因。第五章首先讨论了当前中国互联网支付的两个主要特征:第三方支付 平台在互联网支付流程中占据了主导地位;基于大数据分析的风险识别正在改变互联 网支付风险管理模式。以此为出发点,结合X 银行的实际情况,进行改进方案设计。 第六章从内部和对外两方面给出实施策略。最后一章是结论和研究展望。 关键词:信用卡;互联网支付;风险管理 III 万方数据 Abstract Thanks to the booming of information technology, especially the development of internet and smart phones, recent years has witnessed a profound transformation in the Credit Card Payment Industry. Yet, a series of challenges in the aspect of risk control always go hand in hand with the conveniences which the innovative online payments have brought. Basically, the essence of online payment is to accurately identify whether it is the cardholder itself initiated the deal. Compared with the traditional credit card payment, another feature of Internet payment is the storage of millions of customers personal information and card information. Hence, the risk of information leakage has been overwhelmingly increased. With faster development, more diversified subjects involved, more varied ways of transaction, online payment has invited both more customers and much more risks.. Different levels of payment risk management, prevention and control system of payment organizations might have resulted in more chances of information leakage. Trojan Virus, phishing and such causes as potential security risks would greatly affected the payment experience of cardholders and might lead to the refusal to online payment.
