Method: 1. In vitro, MTT assay was used to determine the growth inhibition of LX2 and LO2 cells, and Western Blot was performed to investigate the indicators related to hepatic fibrosis. 2. In vivo, fifty male C57BL/6 mice were randomly allocated to three groups, the control group (n=10), the CCl group (n=30) and the DPDA+CCl group (n=10). The 4 4 model of liver fibrosis was induced by intraperitondal injection with CCl (2 ul/g body 4 weight dissolved 1:3 in corn oil) two times per week lasting for 12 weeks in CCl group 4 and the DPDA+CCl group. After 8 weeks injection with CCl , mice were taken DPDA by 4 4 intragastric administration in DPDA+CCl group. Meanwhile, mice in CCl group were 4 4 only taken PBS by intragastric administration.
