首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 首都经济贸易大学硕士学位论文 安全管理咨询项目服务质量评价研究 Abstract In recent years the level of work safety of China is generally stable，but the accident rate remains high，work safety still have long way to go．In the process of transformation of government functions and the streamlining of the organization，the safety consulting organizations as the third party have made a great contribution to the work safety in China． High level，professional safety management consulting services have become an important means to assist the governmententerprises to improve the safety management level．At present，诵m the continuous development of economy,the demand for safety management consulting is also growing rapidly,because of the market competition，more safety consulting organizations focus on the quality of safety management consulting service． Therefore，to discuss how to evaluate the service quality of the consulting project，which is of great significance to improve the professional level of the safety consulting organizations and the quality of the safety management consulting． Firstly,this paper discusses the domestic and intemational safety management consulting and service quality evaluation research overview,introduces the safety management consulting and service quality related theory．Secondly,through the use of literature review,field research and expert consultation，combined with the influence factors of safety management consulting project service quality,based on the principles of establishing the evaluation index system，the establishment of the evaluation index system consists of 3 first level indexes and 20 secondary indicators．Finally,G 1 method is selected as the index weighting method，and the weight of evaluation index is designed．Through the comparative analysis of commonly used comprehensive evaluation method，the evaluation model of service。quality of safety management consulting project based o
