论文摘要人口老龄化是人类社会发展的必然结果，世界上包括我国在内的 论文摘要 人口老龄化是人类社会发展的必然结果，世界上包括我国在内的 许多国家已经进入老龄化社会。人口老龄化是2l世纪世界各个国家 关注的焦点之_。 老年人住房是人13老龄化所带来的众多挑战之一。目前，越来越 多的老年人选择入住老年公寓。文章以大城市中的老年公寓为研究对 象，采用理论与实践相结合的分析方法，论证了在大城市建设高层老 年公寓的必要性，探讨了大城市高层老年公寓的设计方法。 全文分六章。第一章主要介绍了人口老龄化和老年公寓的建设概 况；第二章研究了老年人的生理心理特征；第三章回答了为什么在大 城市要把老年公寓建于市区并采用高层建筑的问题；第四、五章分别 探讨了高层老年公寓的建筑和户外环境设计；在第六章，作者通过两 个构思方案向读者展示了如何以高层老年公寓多层化的方法解决高 层建筑对老人生活的不利影响。 关键词：人口老龄化大城市高层老年公寓多层化 论文摘要ABSTRACT 论文摘要 ABSTRACT Aging process ofpopulation is the inevitable result ofhuman society developing， and lots of countries in the world，including country,have come into the aging societies．Population aging process must will be one of the focuses of every country ofthe world． House for the aged is one of the challenges which come with population aging process together．At present，more and more old people choose to live in the apartment for the aged．Armed淅th the method of combining theory with practice，this paper takes the apartment for the aged in big city as the subject of researching，proves the necessity of high·rise apartment for the aged in big city,and discusses the designing method of it． The whole thesis is divided into six chapters．Chapter 1 mainly introduces the aging process of population and the construction surveys of apartment for the aged； the second chapter studies the physiological and psychological characteristic of elderly persons；in chapter 3，the author answers the question why the apartment for the aged should be situated at downtown area and in the form of high-rise building； chapter 4 and chapter 5 discuss respectively the architecture and outdoor environment design of high-rise apartment for the aged；in chapter 6，the author，through two conception plans，demonstrates to the readers how to avoid the hostile influence of lligh—rise building to old persons in the way of multi—storeyed higll-rise apartment for the aged． Song Jian Hua(Design and Theory ofArchitecture Speciality) Directed by Zhang Min Long Key words：aging process of populat
