中文摘要摘 中文摘要 摘 要 由于时代的转变、知识的进步、教育理念的更新，高校教学建筑从分散走向 了聚合。高校教学综合体成为了全世界高校建设中的主流。我国正处在教育的大 发展时期，扩大招生造成了教学基础设施的不足，再加上许多高校用地资源有限， 使得高校教学综合体在我国更具有它的现实意义，得到了迅猛发展。 高校教学综合体突破了以往分散布局的教学空间模式，将多种功能聚于一体， 使其规模、体量都超越了以往的教学建筑。高校教学综合体的出现，无论对校园 外部空间环境还是建筑自身的功能使用都带来了一些值得探讨和研究的问题。 本文从建筑设计和建筑技术两方面对高校教学综合体进行了相关问题的研 究。在建筑设计方面，针对高校教学综合体与校园环境的协调，多功能组合中功 能空间的合理布局，多学科交流中人性化交往空间的创造，大体量建筑体现校园 文化的造型设计这四个方面提出了一些建议和解决方案。在建筑技术方面，本文 针对高校教学综合体多功能组合所带来的建筑技术的复杂性，通过分析研究，提 出高校教学综合体的结构、管网、交通、气候的适应性策略。 高校教学综合体以庞大的建筑体量成为校园里的核心建筑，但同时也容易失 去校园亲切、宜人的空间尺度。通过变“高层”为“多层高密度”的方式，有益 于营造人性化的校园空间，同时也有利于交通组织和消防疏散，有利于功能空间 的合理布局，多层次交往空间的创造，多功能组合的结构适应性要求等等。 关键词：高校教学综合体，设计研究，技术研究 英文摘要ABSTRACT 英文摘要 ABSTRACT Because of the transition of the times，progress of knowledge，renewal of the educational theory,the teaching building of the university has been moved towards getting together from decentralization．The teaching synthesis ofuniversity has become the mainstream in universitys construction of whole world．In big developing period of education of our counWy,the deficiency of teaching establishment caused by expanding the enrollment and the limiting of lands res01】rce of university，make the teaching synthesis of university have the realistic meaning with more it in OlaF country，and get swift and violent development． The teaching synthesis of university has broken through廿1e teaching space mode of distributing arrangement in the past．Gather of many kinds of function make scale， body measure of its exceeded the teaching building in the past．The appearance of the teaching synthesis of university,no matter in environment of outside space orl use of functions，also brought some questions that is worth discussing and studying． This text has carried on the research of the relevant problem to the teaching synthesis of university from architectural design and technology of the building．In architectural design,propose some suggestion and solution in the coordination of the teaching synthesis of university and‘campus environment，rational overal
