摘要随着高等教育大众化，高校辅导员所面临的工作环境和工作对象 摘要 随着高等教育大众化，高校辅导员所面临的工作环境和工作对象 日益复杂，传统的高校辅导员工作模式难以适应新形势的发展要求。 本文以协同论等相关理论为指导，构建了一种新型的高校辅导员协同 工作模式，并利用相关技术加以实现。 通过深入探讨高校辅导员工作方式，文章构建以高校辅导员为主 导，任课教师和学生干部协同的高校辅导员工作模式。通过三者的协 调合作，实现高校辅导员工作的最优化，促进国内高校辅导员工作由 经验型向学术型的转变。 高校辅导员网络工作平台以协同工作模式为模型，主要应用 ASRNET和SQL2005进行设计和开发。平台主要由工作信息管理模 块、知识管理模块、事务管理模块、评语管理模块、互动模块、数据 离线在线处理模块等几大模块组成。前三大模块在为高校辅导员提供 丰富的工作资源支持的同时，也为辅导员自身及队伍整体的发展提供 支撑。互动交流模块和评语管理模块，有效实现了高校辅导员、任课 教师和学生干部三者的协同。借助该平台，不仅可以提高高校辅导员 的工作效率和质量，也有利于促进新型协同工作模式的发展．。 文章通过协同工作模式的研究以及网络工作平台设计和开发， 实现高校辅导员工作的网络化和数字化，使高校辅导员工作更具针对 性和实效性，最终促进柔性化管理的实现。 关键词高校辅导员，信息技术，网络，协同，学生事务 ABSTRACTWith ABSTRACT With the popularization of high educmion，the work environment and the object faced by the counselors in college are getting more and more complicated．The traditional work mode can not adapt to the development of the new situation．The thesis constructs a new synergic work mode for the counselors under the instruction of the synergetics and makes it come true with some technologies． Through deep exploration of the counselor’S work mode，the thesis constructs a new synergic work mode in which the counselors play a main role and the teachers and the student leaders collaborate．It is to get the optimization and the change of the counselor’S work from experiential style to scientific style in our country by the the coilaboration of the three． The network platform is designed following the synergic work mode with the application of ASENET and SQL2005．It mainly includes work information management module，knowledge management module， affairs management module，comment management module，interaction module，data management module．The former three modules not only provide abundant resource for the counselor’S work but also support the development of the counselors and the whole team．Meanwhile，with the help of the interaction module and the comment management module，it makes the collaboration of the counselors，the teachers and the student leaders come true．Thus，the platform n
